If your lab requisition from your provider is more than 3 months old, consider checking in with them to see if the labs are still required at this time, due to changes in practice related to pandemic response.
If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please ensure you cancel it. There are hundreds of appointments going unused every day due to no-shows, reducing access for patients who need lab service.
